During this unprecedented time oaf the Coronavirus Pandemic, I feel that the Thought Coach Certification Program is needed more than ever. People are at a “fight or flight” level of stress, and for many, they can’t get beyond their fear-based thoughts this pandemic has caused.

The Thought Coach Certification Program, which is based on the Says Who? Method™, helps you overcome such a challenging time as this, and teaches you how to not stay stuck in what I call “reactive mode” because of the fear-based thoughts you may be having. Instead, it effectively, and rather simply teaches you how to maintain equanimity so that you can replace your negative and fear-based thoughts with my “Release and Replace” Technique™, which is part of the Says Who? Method™.

This technique has helped thousands of people learn the discipline of letting go of negative and troubling thoughts that do not serve your wellbeing, and cultivate more healthy thinking habits that can support you consistently in your life, no matter what you might be facing.

Whether someone wants to become a Thought Coach, or not, this program will give you unique, and powerful tools for implementing transformational thinking, which is what my institute is all about. The IFTT — the Institute for Transformational Thinking is geared towards helping people understand how crucially important it is to change their negative thinking habits, or else they will be facing the same obstacles over and over again, and do what I call in my book, Says Who? — “stay stuck on the hamster wheel.”

What is a Thought Coach?

You Will Get Certified in:

  • The Says Who? Method™ for Identifying the Origin of, and Determining the Type of Thoughts

  • The "Release & Replace" Technique for Letting Go of Negative Fear-Based Thoughts, and Replacing them with Supportive, Life-Affirming Thoughts

  • The Thought Alignment System for Activating New Behaviors & Affirming Positive Thoughts

Why Life Coaching is so Yesterday...

The truth is, I never particularly liked the title “Life Coach” because for me it felt too broad and unspecific. I feel that the number one problem, and cause for major obstacles in people’s lives are their negative thoughts, and until you get to the root of those thoughts, you’re pretty much only working on the surface.

Those negative and fear-based thoughts have to be looked at very closely and carefully, and I don’t believe that’s what a Life Coach zeroes in on, which is why I’m so passionate about having created a new title of coaching – Thought Coach. And, my Thought Coach Certification Program, which I am offering online has almost 100 coaches internationally who have become certified as a Thought Coach, so it is apparent that this new, innovative type of coaching is catching on.

Learn The Revolutionary Says Who? Method™

I became a Life Coach at a time when that form of coaching was relatively new, and I practiced life coaching for almost ten years.

One day when I was coaching a client, she shared a troubling thought with me, and we spent the entire session processing, and basically dismantling a negative and fear-based thought that had been haunting her for most of her life.

During that session, I found myself having a pressing desire to ask her the question: “says who”?, which basically was intended for her to stop and ask herself: “who is saying this thought in your mind”?

When I asked her that one question, it literally stopped her in her tracks, as if there was some kind of cognitive connection being made for the very first time regarding this troubling thought she had been at the effect of for so many years.

The whole idea of questioning, or what I like to call “challenging our negative and fear-based thoughts” is what caused an epiphany for my client, and from our session together, the Says Who? Method was created.

During my session with her, it was as if I too was having an epiphany, and was guided to ask my client more questions that she had never thought to ask herself about this one fear-based thought that had so much power over her for such a long time.  I went on to ask her a few more questions, which became part of the 7 questions of the Says Who? Method™.

The breakthrough that my client had by my asking her the Says Who? questions was life changing for her, and I knew that I had stumbled upon something that was deeply effective for changing one’s life.

Thought Coaching - The Coaching of the Future

A Thought Coach is someone who can be extremely helpful to others during this time, and also teach people how to change their negative thinking habits so that once the Coronavirus Pandemic is over, transformational thinking will become the “new normal.”

I hope you join me on this transformational journey, and be part of this important movement that subscribes to the affirmation that we are “changing our lives and the world one thought at a time.”

I always think of the Thought Alignment System as the walls that are built around a beautiful house to keep it safe. The beautiful home would be the wonderful, positive, and affirmative thoughts that we replaced our negative thoughts with. And the walls are made of positive actions and affirmations that are in alignment with those positive thoughts we want to reinforce to keep this "home" safe.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2000, I consider the Thought Coach Certification from the IFTT to be the best tool I have gained to teach my clients how to re-conceptualize negative thought patterns and belief systems. This system empowers people to transform their lives specifically, consistently, and with ease.

The course is beautiful, with each week building on skills and knowledge from the following week. I loved every aspect, and particularly valued the forward thinking alignment system with great worksheets. I am adding all of this mental clean up, monitoring and replacing thoughts, goals, affirmations and forwarding thinking to my daily spiritual practice. It feels like the only way to live. I was able to replace stuck thoughts, automatic thoughts, and even subconscious thoughts during the course. I am very grateful for your guidance and love. I got all my questions answered and learned so much. This mental clean up practice, along with valuing and putting oneself first is a powerful combination, and establishes a health mental boundary that is required for self love and self care to thrive!
